At Master Race Computers, we pour our passion for gaming into every system we build. We use only high-quality components and conduct rigorous testing to ensure your PC is a masterpiece. We stand by our work, and our comprehensive returns and warranty policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind with your purchase.

This policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returns and warranty claims, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off" Period)

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right. If you change your mind, you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period, which starts the day after you receive your goods.

Conditions for a "Change of Mind" Return:

  • You must notify us of your intent to return the item within the 14-day period.
  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
  • The product must be returned in 'as new' condition. This means it must be unused, undamaged, and in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective films.
  • Any software seals must be intact.

Return Shipping & Responsibility:

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. You are also liable for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We highly recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking and insurance for the full value of the item, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Any damage sustained during return transit due to inadequate packaging will result in a deduction from your refund or a rejection of the return.

When Things Don't Go as Planned (Faulty Goods)

In the unlikely event that your product develops a manufacturing fault, we are here to make it right. The procedure depends on when the fault occurs.

Faults Reported Within 14 Days of Delivery

If a fault is confirmed within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Master Race Computers will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange a courier to collect the item at a convenient time.

Faults Reported After 14 Days of Delivery

If a fault develops after the initial 14-day period, your product is covered by our comprehensive warranty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our workshop for assessment. Please ensure it is packaged securely.

Upon inspection, if a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product under the terms of its warranty and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you. If no fault is found, or if the issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications, an assessment fee and return shipping costs will apply.

The Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. We will notify you via email of the outcome of this inspection.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 calendar days from our receipt of the returned goods for the funds to be credited. Note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the transaction in your account.

Exchanges

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please follow the "Change of Mind" return process for a full refund and place a new order for your desired product at your convenience. This allows you to secure your new item without waiting for the return process to complete.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first. Many issues can be resolved quickly by our expert support team without the need for a return.

  1. Visit our Contact Page and fill out the inquiry form, or chat with us directly on WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps or, if necessary, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return.

Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
