At Master Race Computers, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and the components we use. All our custom-built computer systems come with a comprehensive warranty to give you peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these warranty terms.
PC System Warranties: Labour & Parts Coverage
All Master Race Computers custom-built PC systems come with a minimum of a **2-year labour warranty** and a **1-year parts warranty**, effective from the date of delivery. More expensive systems may include extended labour warranties of up to 3 years, as specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Our parts warranty reflects the typical manufacturer's guarantee period. Should a part fail within its 1-year warranty period, we will facilitate its repair or replacement with the manufacturer. After the 1-year parts warranty, any necessary part replacements will be chargeable, but our labour warranty will continue to cover the service of installing and troubleshooting these parts for the remainder of its term.
What is Covered:
- Labour for diagnosis, repair, and replacement of covered issues for the duration of your system's labour warranty (minimum 2 years).
- Hardware component failure due to manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery.
- Assembly workmanship for the duration of your system's labour warranty.
What is Not Covered:
- Software issues, including operating system errors, viruses, malware, or conflicts caused by user-installed software.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., power surges, liquid spills, improper ventilation, acts of God).
- Damage or issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or component upgrades performed by anyone other than Master Race Computers technicians.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the system (e.g., scratches, dents).
- Data loss or recovery; it is your sole responsibility to back up your data prior to sending a system for warranty service.
Accessories & Bundles Warranty (1 Year)
All standalone accessories (such as keyboards, mice, headsets) and pre-configured bundles (e.g., StreamReady bundles) come with a **1-year parts and labour return-to-base warranty** from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.
Making a Warranty Claim & Return Process
If you believe your system or accessory has developed a fault covered by your warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Master Race Computers Customer Support:
Initiate your claim by contacting us via our Contact Page or through our WhatsApp channel.
- Provide Details:
Include your original order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
- Diagnostic & Return Authorisation (RMA):
Our support team will guide you through diagnostic steps. If a hardware fault is suspected, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping Your Item for Service:
For items reported faulty within the first **14 days** of delivery, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. After 14 days, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping to you after a warranty repair.
